Twintig jaar geleden ontstond in Vlaanderen de New Beat. Een unieke stijl, die de Belgische danssmuziek op de wereldkaart zette. In die periode werd 'The sound of C' van de Confetti's een enorme hit. Op de Nederlandse radio 538, mocht Dj Tiësto onlangs zijn drie favoriete platen voorstellen. 'The sound of C' stond op nummer 1.
