As we're in the middle of making our very own Boondock Saints film, we couldn't wait any longer to release a short clip on the Tube... This 'promotional teaser' has nothing to do with our actual film, but only shows a bit of the setting, actors and costumes that we'll be using for it. None of the shots you see here, will be used in our film. We just thought it was about time someone did a decent fanfilm about BDS, so that's hopefully what we'll achieve with this project. Here is a comparison of the raw footage of our 1st 'Visual FX Test' with the final result. As you can see, we altered quite a bit in postproduction. Like I said before, the only way for us to have some decent FX in our videos. Soldiers - Pyrotechnics Test [06-2007]

We planned on doing all of our FX in post, but recently we've found a pretty good source for actual live action pyrotechnics... To get the hang of it, we went out and shot another test sequence for our 'Soldiers' movie. We've also upgraded to a new HD cam, so we took the opportunity to test that aswell... Actual production of our war movie will start 2008, for a 2009 release (65th anniversary of D-Day). We will get a decent website up and running, where we will post the latest updates on this project.

This teaser was actually meant to be a costume test shoot, which turned out quite good, so we decided to make a little teaser out of it.

We will also do one of Jason, when his costume is finished.

And for all of you who are gonna ask:
"No, we don't tell you where our suits come from " That's our little secret.

We were actually out
to shoot another project,
but we had some problems
during shooting, so we
put that on hold for the
time being.

We decided, right there
at that moment, to do
another Spider-man video.

The costumes were put on
and we just started
improvising while we shot it.

What you see here,
is what we came up with.
Certainly not our best
work, but we're happy
with the result, considering
what we had to work with.
