Een woordje uitleg over AMUSE als Event Service :
AMUSE organiseert en adviseert.
Dit vooruitstrevend, dynamisch bedrijf werkt voortdurend aan haar eigen fuifconcepten om zich continu te vernieuwen, aan te passen aan het publiek, uit te breiden en ervaringen op te doen.
Wilt U zelf een feest of fuif organiseren maar U weet niet waar begonnen ? Dan biedt AMUSE U de oplossing op maat ! Naast een betrouwbare partner in verhuur van materiaal en dj’s, realiseert AMUSE ook volledige concepten of helpt U in de organisatie ervan : vooraf locaties verkennen, advies geven in de keuze van dj’s & muziek, apparatuur, special acts, decoratie, security, promotie, sponsoring, personeel, vergunningen… Zij delen graag hun vakkennis met U en nemen zo alvast een hele pak lasten van Uw schouders.
Alles wordt tot in de puntjes voorbereid : na een grondige prospectie en voorafgaand gesprek wordt een offerte opgemaakt met de nodige licht- en geluidsplannen. Er wordt gedacht aan stroomvoorziening, mogelijke noodsituaties en rekening gehouden met Uw veiligheid en die van de feestvierders. Kale ruimtes worden omgetoverd tot sfeervolle en betoverende fuiflocaties. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken : alleen het beste is goed genoeg en Uw wensen blijven steeds centraal staan. -The sky is the limit-
